[問題] 請問Rings of Brighthearth 這張卡的異能

pay 2. If you do, copy that ability. You may choose new targets for the copy.

想請問 當 activated ability 沒有 "target"的字眼,也仍然可以
pay 2 copy that ability ?

我個人看敘述似乎是允許,但保險起見還是請知道答案的大大們回答一下吧!
