Counter target spell you don’t control. If a spell is countered this way,
its controller may draws up to two cards, if he or she does, that player

這張就加了一點限制進來

但至少可拖一回合  感覺像是不能抽牌的Remand

Counter target spell. You skip your next untap phase and draw phase.

費用便宜  但代價很大....

Temporally Negation  [U][U]  Enchantment

Flash

Echo [U][U], Put the card imprinted by Temporally Negation into
its owner's graveyard.

Imprint ─ When Temporally Negation comes into play, remove target
spell from game.

Whenever Temporally Negation leaves play, remove it from game instead
and the owner of imprinted card may play that card without paying its
any cost.

之前看到討論串上的文  有一個這種idea的設計

就把它做出來了

不過規則敘述有點長就是了........

不知道這幾張牌如何？
