答案是會死。

700.4. If a permanent is indestructible, rules and effects can't destroy it.
(See rule 701.6, "Destroy.") Such permanents are not destroyed by lethal
damage, and they ignore the lethal-damage state-based action (see rule 704.5g). Rules or effects may cause an indestructible permanent to be sacrificed, put into a graveyard, or exiled.
indestructible是說："destroy target xxx"之效應不能宰了"有indestructible"的東西
，以及有indestrucible的東西會忽視致命傷害。
(我想"致命傷害的部份"跟你問的問題有關)
701.6b The only ways a permanent can be destroyed are as a result of an effect
that uses the word "destroy" or as a result of the state-based actions that
check for lethal damage (see rule 704.5g) or damage from a source with
deathtouch (see rule 704.5h). If a permanent is put into its owner's graveyard
for any other reason, it hasn't been "destroyed."
一個東西是否被"Destroy"，是看有沒有效應去"destroy"他，或者是致命傷害。它因為其
他理由被放進墳場時，不算被destroy。
704.5f If a creature has toughness 0 or less, it's put into its owner's
graveyard. Regeneration can't replace this event.
這個部份你可以跟704.5g作區別。生物的防是0或者以下，他會直接被放到墳場。
(這個case不算destroy。)
704.5g If a creature has toughness greater than 0, and the total damage marked
on it is greater than or equal to its toughness, that creature has been dealt
lethal damage and is destroyed. Regeneration can replace this event.
生物的防大於0，然後受到了致命傷害，這時候他算"destroyed"，然後被扔到墳場。
704.5i If a planeswalker has loyalty 0, it's put into its owner's graveyard.
如果一個planeswalker的忠誠是0，他也會直接被放到墳場。
(跟704.5f一樣，不是destroy，所以幫他indestructible並沒有效果。)
