如果是要放升級指示物，都是可以。(只是放了也不會怎樣...)

但是如果是要使用Enclave Cryptologist的抽一棄一異能，則不可以。

規則如下：
710.2a "{LEVEL N1-N2} [Abilities] [P/T]" means "As long as this creature has
at least N1 level counters on it, but no more than N2 level counters on it,
it's [P/T] and has [abilities]."

因為墳場(或者牌庫頂)中的Enclave Cryptologist並沒有level up counters在它上面，
它也就沒有抽一棄一的異能。因此 Skill Borrower 以及 Necrotic Ooze 想要偷借
"抽一棄一"的異能也沒辦法，因為墳場(或者是牌庫頂)的Enclave Cryptologist沒有招
可以借他們....

以下來自於SOM的FAQ:

If an activated ability of a card in a graveyard references the card it's
printed on by name, treat Necrotic Ooze's version of that ability as though
it referenced Necrotic Ooze by name instead. For example, if Cudgel Troll
(which says "{G}: Regenerate Cudgel Troll") is in a graveyard, Necrotic Ooze
has the ability "{G}: Regenerate Necrotic Ooze."


: Bloodshot Trainee
: {T}: Bloodshot Trainee deals 4 damage to target creature. Activate this
: ability only if Bloodshot Trainee's power is 4 or greater.
: Spikeshot Elder
: {1}{R}{R}: Spikeshot Elder deals damage equal to its power to target creature
: or player.
: 還是直接Necrotic Ooze + Gigantomancer這樣玩就好了...
