702.30a 增幅屬於靜止式異能，當該咒語在堆疊中時生效。 「增幅[費用]」意指：「你
施放此咒語時，可以額外支付[費用]。」 支付咒語的增幅費用時，需依照規則601.2b與
規則601.2f至h之規範來支付額外費用。
117.8. Some spells and abilities have additional costs. An additional cost is
a cost listed in a spell's rules text, or applied to a spell or ability from
another effect, that its controller must pay at the same time that player
