Whenever Septic Rats attacks,
if defending player is poisoned, it gets +1/+1 until end of turn.
請問 is poisoned是指這回合septic rats要打到對方才+1+1
還是對方已經有中毒指示物才+1/+1?
如果是第二個情況
一攻擊是不是就是3/3了?
