其實不管有沒有"then"，都是按照順序來解。以電壓衝鋒為例，會是先打三點，再增殖。


以下是規則：
608.2c The controller of the spell or ability follows its instructions in the
order written. However, replacement effects may modify these actions. In some
cases, later text on the card may modify the meaning of earlier text (for
example, "Destroy target creature. It can't be regenerated" or "Counter
target spell. If that spell is countered this way, put it on top of its
owner's library instead of into its owner's graveyard.") Don't just apply
effects step by step without thinking in these cases-read the
whole text and apply the rules of English to the text.

其實不是這樣講。拿上面的藍色拉蘇卡當例子。就算你沒有作棄一張牌這個動作(比如說
你完全沒手牌所以不能棄)，還是可以抽一張。

以下是藍色拉~蘇~卡~的FAQ:
"Unlike many similar cards, Drowned Rusalka's ability causes you to discard a
card first and then draw a card. If your hand is empty, you will just draw a
card."

→ jackshai:是指其他濾牌都是先抽再棄，這張卻是先棄再抽。
