Flashback rule
702.32a Flashback appears on some instants and sorceries. It represents two
static abilities: one that functions while the card is in a player’s
graveyard and the other that functions while the card is on the stack. “
Flashback [cost]” means “You may cast this card from your graveyard by
paying [cost] rather than paying its mana cost” and “If the flashback cost
was paid, exile this card instead of putting it anywhere else any time it
would leave the stack.” Casting a spell using its flashback ability follows
the rules for paying alternative costs in rules 601.2b and 601.2e–g.

拉不回來，因為被放逐後他就是另一個物件，失去了迅咒法師給他的返照異能
當然，他自己就會返照的話是另一回事

返照規則發現心靈沼氣即將離開堆疊（要回到手上） ->
回手效應被返照規則取代 -> 心靈沼氣被放逐
和重複永頌扯不上一點關係
