Manchester United have refused to be drawn on growing speculation they are
about to sign striker Michael Owen.
曼聯目前拒絕對關於簽下歐文的傳聞進行評論。
The 29-year-old, who is out of contract, did not return for pre-season
training with Newcastle after his deal with the Magpies ran out in June.
On Thursday bookmakers began to slash their odds on the chances of Owen, who
has been linked with Everton, Aston Villa, Stoke and Hull, joining United.
歐文和紐卡斯爾的合同已經到期，他將不會隨紐卡斯爾參加即將開始的季前訓練。此前
已經有包括阿斯頓維拉、埃弗頓、斯托克城和胡爾城等多支英超球隊都對他表示了興趣

"We don't comment on transfer rumours," a Red Devils spokesman told BBC
Sport.
曼聯發言人則表示︰「我們不會對任何轉會傳聞進行評論。」
Any deal for Owen would be subject to the striker passing a stringent
medical, which could take place as early as Friday, given his frequent injury
problems over the last few years.
