主要的關鍵在於SONY是透過代理商跟當地市場結合
也就是說SONY並未真正的參與非洲市場
只是單純的賣東西去非洲而已
所以他並非是在非洲投資，也沒有跟別人合資設工廠
合併及收購更是沒有關係
所以我選五
