想請問大家Weakness－Opportunities及Weakness－Threats各具何涵義？
即使看了英文解釋還是很難搞懂……
附上QuickMBA給的定義，希望有人能不吝指教。
W-O Strategies：overcome weakness to pursue opportunities.
W-T Strategies：establish a defensive plan to prevent the firm's
weaknesses from making it highly susceptible to external
threats.
