有一題我看了好多遍還是不知道該如何下手，

想請問大家對於這題有什麼好的建議呢?

還有另一題是跟控制有關，不過是要比較 BSC 和 TQM，
Q：
Compare and contrast the performance and complexity of the control process
in Balanced scorecard(BSC) management systems and the control process in
total quality management(TQM)systems?
