In this regard Berki also argues that so long as there is a plurality
of 'socialist states' it would mean by definition their being based
on ownership by a group or part of a whole, which in turn ,
by logical extension , would mean in Marxist terms of reference
that'an economically integrated world still consisting of separate
nations is , whatever the internal structure of consisting nations,
a capitalist world'(Berki.1971,101)
這裡要表達的是不是
只要有複數的國家存在，不論其國內體制是實行資本主義還是社會主義，這世界都將
是一個資本主義的世界。
我不是要翻譯 只是想搞清楚要表達的是什麼
(也不一定是針對這段話 只要能夠提共解釋"社會主義國家之間的關係
也不一定是和諧的 沒有戰爭的" 原因是其仍然有"ownership"?也就是仍然有許多階級?
也就是不同國家的領導階層?)
