It should exist, but depend on your ability of mind calculation.
For example,
(1287)^{1/3}
=10+a
1287=1000+a(300+30a+a^2)
287=a(300+30a+a^2)
a=0
1287000=1000000+b(30000+300b+b^2)
287000=b(30000+300b+b^2)
b=8
(1287)^{1/3}=10.8...
