以下是問題敘述：
Q: A thin plate of constant density δ(x,y) = 1 covers the region bounded
by the ellipse
x^2 y^2
----- + ----- = 1 ( a > 0 ; b > 0 ) ,
a^2 b^2
in the xy-plane. Find the mass and the "second moment" of the
plate about the origin.
關於 mass 的部分我知道要用變數變換並且求出了答案為abπ，但是我不太清楚所
謂的 "second moment" 所指的是?
還有應該帶什麼公式求出來?
