b.At what rate is the angle θ changing at this instant(see the figure)?

這些題目都是超級無敵厚的Thomas' Calculus 12版裡的
上大學後 接觸微積分一個月多了 跟學校一起買了這本書卻完完全全沒有頭緒
有些題目光了解題目在問什麼就快要哭了... 更別說解題
請問這本書的題目有辦法找到電子檔詳解嗎?
