意味這沒有切線加速度 只有法線加速度
│a(t)│=│V x a│ / |V|
算式右邊的意思是 取加速度垂直速度的分量 (就是法線加速度)
所以就是 整題就是 速度大小為常數時
加速度 = 法線加速度
