find the integral of f(x)

f(x)=[x^3*exp(x^2)]/[x^2+1]^2

from 0 to 1

let x^2=u

f(x)=f(u)=[u*exp(u)]/[u+1]^2

and i dont know what is the next step?

or if there is a more convenient way to set the variable?
