Calculate the area of the region Ω enclosed by the curves.

4x^2 +4xy +y^2 -3x +3y =18

4x^2 +4xy +y^2 +3x -3y =18

我對兩方程式整理成以下形式之後就不會做了QQ

(2x+y)^2 -3(x-y) =18

(2x+y)^2 +3(x-y) =18



請高手幫忙QQ
