既然你硬要說
只有假設一個條件
那麼，我就詳細寫一次

已知a/b=3/5, (亦可知b≠0)

假設
(a+3)/(b+5)≠3/5

case1 b≠-5, 無爭議, 這沒什麼好說的

case2 b=-5 (既然你沒有排除，那麼也必需討論)
觀點1:
如同itai大所說
(a+3):(b+5) no define!
既然如此，no define的東西是沒辦法比較的
!在此說明一下，沒辦法"比較"不代表"不等於"，說了"不等於"就表示作了"比較"!
這是無意義的事，舉個常見的例子，
就像你拿不同物理單位比較，1公斤≠1公尺，一樣沒有意義


觀點2
若你要當作可以比較
因(a+3):(b+5) no define，給他一個"符號"Ω，(本想用∞,但因∞本身有些特別的意義
，避免混淆所以用別的)

  Ω≠3/5
=>(3/5)*5*(b+5) ≠ Ω*5*(b+5)
=>3*b+15 ≠ Ω*(5*b+25)
=>3*b ≠ Ω*(5*b+25)-15
=>a/b ≠ ((5*a)/(3*b*b)) * (Ω*(5*b)-3)

undefine跟defined作用還是undefine，不能說相等
所以((5*a)/(3*b*b)) * (Ω*(5*b)-3) ≠ 3/5 (實際上是根本無意義)

就像這問題              ?
lim ((1/(x*x)) * (x*x)) = lim 1/(x*x) * lim x*x
x->0                      x->0          x->0

這算是基本問題，不過我最後問題沒打清楚，再補充清楚一些
該題前提通常是 x is defined in real number system.要問在real number system中
是否成立

對照3個limit位置,方便起見寫成  LA = LB * LC,

LA is exist in extended real number system.
LB is exist in extended real number system, but not in real number system.
LC is exist in extended real number system.

在real number system 下，該式不成立，LA可拆的前提是LB、LC exist
在extended real number system下，LA、LB、LC 皆 exist
但等式一樣不成立 右式 ∞*0 無意義(undefined)
