[機統] 一題機率問題

呃  原po距離高中數學已經很久了(掩面)

有個題目如下:

據統計,若父母一方罹患糖尿病,子女得到糖尿病的機率是27%

若父母雙方皆無糖尿病,子女得到糖尿病的機率是0.7%

已知A的雙親一人有糖尿病,一人沒有,並且A的丈夫確定沒有糖尿病

試問A的小孩罹患糖尿病的機率?

目前有兩個答案

A. 0.27x0.27=0.0729

B. 0.27x0.27+0.73x0.007=0.07801

請問哪個是對的?還是兩個答案都錯了....orz ?

所以這題的概念應該類似 比方說某個癌症檢驗對於癌症患者有90%的準確率
而對於無癌症者有99%的准確率,而某地區得癌症的機率是0.1%

若有一人被驗出癌症,則他得到癌症的機率是?

算是貝氏定理的應用題這樣?
