Harris has made it official - sort of.

The former assistant coach to Don Nelson and Avery Johnson who still
considers himself to be "half-Maverick'' has decided to retire after the
better part of five decades stalking the sidelines as a coach at pretty much
every level.

"Unless I pull a Favre,'' Harris said today.

Brett Favre came back a time or two (or three or more, the way things are
going), but Harris wants to spend time with his family and has certainly
earned that right. He said he'd like to stay connected with basketball in
some capacity, but is in no hurry to get something etched in stone.

Harris will continue to live in the Dallas area. He was an assistant coach to
Vinny Del Negro in Chicago this season after almost a decade with the
Mavericks.

記得Del以前在小牛當助理教練時

我一直覺得他很不錯

感覺小牛有兩個教練在帶球隊

某場對湖人的比賽AJ被驅逐

Del Harris還執教了一場

最後一次看到Del應該是

奧運時的中國隊吧

Del Harris目前還住在達拉斯附近

如果他要復出

希望他回到小牛!
