[外電] Report: Jermaine O'Neal leaning toward Boston, not Dalla

 UPDATE:  Yahoo  ! Sports' Adrian Wojnarowski is reporting that O'Neal is
favoring the Celtics, but that Denver is still in the mix. A decision will
come soon, according to a message on his Twitter account, @WojYahooNBA

Jermaine O'Neal considers the Dallas Mavericks to be one of the three
favorites for him to sign with this offseason, according to a report by
ESPN.com's Marc Stein.

O'Neal told Stein his favorites are Dallas, Denver and Boston, citing that
those three teams are all likely to be competing for championships.

"Those are my favorites," he told ESPN.com. "Those are teams that are going
to compete [for a championship] next year."

The Dallas Morning News' Eddie Sefko reported that according to a source, the
Mavericks are more likely to pursue Jermaine O'Neal than Shaquille O'Neal,
despite reports saying the Mavericks are interested in acquiring Shaquille
O'Neal.

According to Sefko, Jermaine would probably join the Mavericks in a straight
free-agent signing, not a sign-and-trade.

O'Neal averaged 13.6 points and 6.9 rebounds in 70 games and 28.6 minutes per
game last season for Miami. He previously played for Mavericks coach Rick
Carlisle as a member of the Indiana Pacers.
