MEMPHIS, Tenn. – This is why the Mavericks should be glad they have Shawn
Marion.
在對上灰熊的比賽，說明了小牛隊應該慶幸我們隊上有Marion
With Caron Butler out, Marion was able to slip into the starting lineup and
come up with a very efficient and workmanlike 20 points and seven rebounds.
His energy seemed contagious as the Mavericks were active on both ends of the
court.
因為吸管哥的缺席，Marion補上了先發的空缺
並且有效率的拿下20分7籃板
他的活力感染了小牛隊全隊一直到比賽結束
Marion is to be commended for the way he's handled the move to the bench. But
it's nice to know that he hasn't forgotten how to step into the lineup and be
a force.
Marion這季被認為是板凳上的一員

A team's depth doesn't always show up when you have everybody healthy and
there are too many bodies to fit into too few minutes.

It becomes apparent when you have injuries and other situations that require
players to take on different, short-term roles.

Carlisle said. "He knows how important his role is, and he knows he's still a
high-quality starter in this league. He's a movement-maker on offense and a

All of which the Mavericks need when Marion is coming off the bench. And they
came in handy as a starter, too.
