2011 NBA draft. On March 3, 2013, Parsons recorded a then career high 32
points in a 136–103 victory over the Mavericks. He made 12 of 13 field goal
attempts, including 6 of 7 3-point tries. He made his first 11 shots before
missing. Had he hit his 12th attempt, he would have tied Yao Ming's
single-game franchise record for field goals without a miss.

3.On Jan. 24, 2014, Parsons set an NBA record for three-pointers made in a half
by making 10 in the second half of the Rockets' 88-87 loss to the Memphis
Grizzlies. He also set a career high with 34 points in the game.

9.During the 2010–11 regular season, Parsons averaged 11.4 points and 7.8
rebounds in 33 minutes a game while leading the Florida Gators to the best

with no time left on the clock in overtime to give the Gators a one point
victory over North Carolina State. On March 8, 2011, Parsons was named the
2011 SEC Player of the Year, the first Florida Gator to win that honor.
