地點：宜蘭冬山河親水公園
時間：6/01星期六

因為考量到全程或半程的三鐵對非專業的我們有難度 XDD
所以我們就報個 三鐵接力(鐵三角) 來體驗看看囉

游泳750公尺（30分鐘）
自由車20公里（60分鐘）
路跑5公里（40分鐘）
合計25.75公里（2小時10分）

請要報名的大家在下面推文，
並且排一下對這三者的志願序
以方便安排各隊伍
每隊的報名費是 $1650

[ Triathlon Relay in Ilan ]
It's a relay competition requiring three persons to complete the
semi-marathon.
Each team needs :
One swimmer for 750m in 30 minutes.
One cyclist for 20 km in 60 minutes.
One runner for 5 km in 40 minutes.
The fee for each team is 1650 NTD.

If you are interested in such an enthusiastic event, leave a message below.
