The trial of the famous PS3 & iPhone hacker has to be delayed after
district court judge Susan Illston raised questions whether the case
should be held at California or New Jersey where Geohot resides. That
does not goes well with the Sony lawyers as they want the case to be
continue in San Fransisco. The lawyers then argued that because the
hack was distributed via Twitter and Youtube (Both based in
California), the trial should continue. George Hotz has also
supposedly received a PayPal donation reportedly Sony's tactic to sue
Geohot. Paypal is a California based institution.
這個案子到現在還在歹戲拖棚中，兩邊還在吵管轄權的問題。$QNY主張geohot發
布消息的Twitter 、釋出影片的YouTube 、接受捐款的PayPal這些公司所在地都
是加州，所以在加州告沒什麼不可以。

"If having a PayPal account were enough, then there would be personal
jurisdiction in this court over everybody, and that just can't be
right," Illston responded.
承審法官依爾斯頓表示：「如果只是持有PayPal帳號就能告的話，法官絕對會被
這種案子淹死的。」

Sony's legal actions does not stop hackers from releasing their hacks
as Flukes1, Waninkoko and Wutangrza has did what they could to the
scene.
顯然有些人並不吃$QNY這一套，就算Flukes1 選擇不淌混水，Wanikoko與
Wutangrza 仍然活躍於檯面上。
