終於知道要怎麼看Changelog 了，從.401開始的變更點如下：
- Avoid another cast
- Fix a warning
- Add support for Windows 1251 codepage
- Add option to stretch video horizontally to full screen size
Render subtitles to match screen pixels to avoid scaling artifacts
- Flush all video overlays when libavcodec returns a packet with
sub.num_rects == 0
It seems to be the expected behaviour.
- Move VDPAU setting to a new setting group called "Video playback"
