有一點疑問 順便把最後總表複製過來了

排版弄分開了點

由表來看 越接近90度對肩吃力越少
為何說可改以80度來減輕肩膀負擔呢
我也是做80度左右 不過是要避免聳肩 @@"
另外90度三頭significant是指幾乎不會練到的意思嗎XD
