I am Suzanne Hosley, the founder of Fit and the Asia Fitness Coneference. Our

We were pleased to welcome Fit Taiwan into the family last year and have been
delighted with the quality of the team established and the success of their
students.
我們非常慶幸 Fit Taiwan 在去年起加入了這個大家庭，並且對他們經營團隊的素質及學
員的成就，感到欣慰。
It has come to my attention that a very unpleasant exchange has been going on
between two staff members fighting - insulting and verbally threatening each
other in public on social media and on Fit premises. I find this....parties I
find this terribly disappointing and have spoken to both parties: one valued
trainer who started a public exchange insulting one valued marketing staff in
a very offensive manner. The marketing staff member’s husband then responded
with an equally inappropriate way, threatening the trainer on Fit premises.
近日在台灣發生的事情，已經引起我的高度關切。整個事件源自於兩名工作人員之間非常
不愉快的交流，進而引起了對立、侮辱、甚至公開地在社群媒體和工作場所相互口頭威脅
。他們雙方面的行為令我非常地失望。我已經和雙方有直接地溝通：一位是我非常看重的
教官，他以非常具有攻擊性的言論在社群媒體上，先開始公開地侮辱我們非常器重的營銷
主管。然後營銷主管的丈夫，也用不恰當的方式做出回應，在Fit的工作場所和這位教官
對峙。
I would like to apologise on Fit's behalf that you have been exposed and
affected by this sitiation. It is totally against our principles, completely
unprofessional and completely out of character for Fit staff (and their
families) to behave this way. There are no heroes involved on either side.
Both have behaved in a way that has harmed our reputation and honour.
我謹代表Fit 全體向大家道歉。這個事件對各位造成了不愉快的影響，甚至讓大家暴露在
恐懼之中。這完全與我們的理念背道而馳，完全不夠專業，而且完全違反了Fit 員工或其
家屬應該有的人格操守。雙方都沒有逞上英雄，然而他們的行為，已經傷害了我們的名聲
和榮譽。
Please be assured that we are working hard to eradicate all negative effects
on you - our valued students and graduates – that Fit Taiwan is a safe
environment and is not associated with any multilevel marketing organization.
We look forward to continuing to do what we do best: helping to improve the
standard of fitness professionals in the region.
請大家放心，我們正在努力補救對各位造成所有的負面影響 - 各位都是我們重視的學員
和畢業生。我們保證 Fit Taiwan 會提供一個安全的學習環境，並且沒有也不會與任何傳
直銷組織有任何關聯。我們會繼續把我們該做的事情，做到最好：幫助提升亞洲地區健身
專業的水平。
Again, my aplogies for allowing this very unpleasant situation to have
developed.
再次，我對這次發生如此不愉快的事件，向大家道歉。
