剛剛發覺有些討論區錯誤解讀這部分的文章，所以幫Lyotard前輩補充一下^^"
這裡指的比較低的薪資上限，並不是指到時山貓隊在拓邊球隊選秀所選的球員
不能超過這個薪資上限，事實上是可以超過的，所以如果Johnson 老闆願意花
錢，事實上他是可以選擇比較高薪的球員的，而且可以超過薪資上限的。另外
事實上薪資上限的規定並不會影響山貓隊的拓邊選秀，原因是選秀會比聯盟公
布薪資上限還早舉行，所以根本不會知道薪資上限是多少....
那這個薪資上限有什麼用？用途在於避免接下來的自由市場出現漏洞，山貓可
以在拓邊選秀中盡量壓低球隊薪資以空出大量的空間來選擇自己想要的球員。
所以這個薪資上限主要的目的並非是箝制山貓在拓編選秀選擇球員，但是的確
可能影響球隊在拓編選秀的選擇。
