claus 板友有疑問的是紅色那句，而我認為整段的重點是黃色。
這段要表達的東西是「球隊不能同時用兩個以上的特例或將特例和薪資空間結合
來簽球員」以中文來看，的確很有可能將中產或雙年特例和沒有薪資空間聯結在
一起，而產生如上的疑問。
但是 exception並不是只有這些，舉例來說：大鳥、早鳥、最低薪也是特例，而
TE和disabled player exception 也是特例的一種，而這些的確有和薪資空間結
合或兩兩組合的可能，這一條要表達的是這部分。
說不定只是它剛好舉錯例子了。
