注意事項 :

   然後你提出的交易已經進入 pending，也要 po 一篇文章提出當初提交易的動機，
   之後想要否決的玩家就可以直接回覆這篇文章就好

   主要也是想活絡一下大家的交易市場，不要每次都是悶悶的打槍 =..=
