Rockets G Francis out indefinitely HOUSTON (TICKER) -- Houston Rockets guard Steve Francis will be out for the indefinite future due to bi-lateral quadricep tendinitis, the team announced prior to Monday's contest with the Golden State Warriors. Francis, who had already been sidelined since December 20 with a bout of the flu, will not accompany the team on its road trip to Boston and Orlando starting on Wednesday to begin his rehabilitation. The ninth career season for Francis has been a tough one as the former second overall pick has appeared in only 10 games, averaging a career-low 5.5 points and 3.0 assists. The Rockets (15-15) also announced that guard Kirk Snyder would miss the game against the Warriors due to an excused absence for personal reasons. The third-year guard is averaging 4.0 points and 1.5 rebounds in eight games this season. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.132.140.81
