Michael Redd cleared to play on Friday
Bucks swingman Michael Redd needed six stitches to close a laceration after
being head-butted on Wednesday, but he will play in Friday's game against the
Blazers.
Yi Jianlian (ankle) will not be available and Mo Williams (abdominal strain)
is questionable, so expect Redd, Charlie Villanueva and Andrew Bogut to be
very active on Friday.

Bosh's knee still sore, return date uncertain
Chris Bosh's swollen right knee is still as sore as it was when he had an MRI
last week and his return to action remains uncertain.
How long will he be out? "Shoot, when I'm pain-free," he said. "I think it's
too early (to pinpoint a return date). I'm still waiting for it to start
progressing. It's the same old."

Elton Brand's return date still up in the air
Elton Brand (ruptured Achilles) recently said he could return to action in as
little as two weeks, but Clippers coach Mike Dunleavy said on Wednesday that
it will be closer to a month.
"[Brand] was so excited to be on the court," Dunleavy said after Brand began
full-contact practices on Tuesday. "You can't lose reality, though. It would
make no sense to throw him out there when he's not in absolutely great shape
because then he might injure something else. It just doesn't make sense."

Tinsley still out indefinitely w/ knee injury
Jamaal Tinsley admitted on Thursday that he isn't sure when, or if, he will
return to action for the Pacers. He has been sidelined by a sore knee since
early February.
"He still has pain in his knee, and I have no timetable whatsoever, nor does
he, on when he'll be back," Pacers coach Jim O'Brien said.

Gerald Wallace targeting March 12th return
Bobcats forward Gerald Wallace (concussion) began running and shooting around
recently, and coach Sam Vincent is targeting March 12th at Dallas as a
possible return date.
"The main thing is to get my conditioning up," Wallace said. "Push me...to
see if I get headaches." When he returns, Wallace will wear a mouthpiece to
protect against further concussions.
