Isiah Thomas says Zach Randolph's right foot injury may keep him out for a
fourth straight game on Friday when the Knicks host the Pistons.
This is tough news, as it sounded like he was close to playing on Wednesday.

Lakers' Andrew Bynum out until early April
Andrew Bynum is still jogging in a pool, but has yet to resume workouts after
suffering a deep bone bruise and partial dislocation of his left kneecap in
January.
The L.A. Times report doesn't speculate on a return date for Bynum, but does
say that he will not play in March, hoping for a return sometime in early
April.

Yao says he'll play in the Olympics
In a letter published Friday in Chinese-language newspapers, Yao Ming said
his operation Monday to repair a stress fracture in his left foot was
successful and he'll be fit to play in the Beijing Olympics despite missing
the rest of the NBA season.
``I'll do whatever I can to overcome the difficulty and play for China in
Olympics and be in my best form. ``I'll see you in the Olympics. Thanks,
everybody.''
