Kevin Martin (ankle) is a game-time decision

Kevin Martin is a game-time decision for Tuesday's matchup with the Jazz.
"I'm nowhere near where I want to be, player-wise," Martin said on Monday. He
is bound to be rusty after sitting out for weeks and even if he plays he will
come off the bench. John Salmons (strained thigh) is also a game-time
decision.
