Don't look for Rip Hamilton Wednesday against the Blazers. He did some light
running and took part in shooting drills Tuesday, but he still hasn't made
any hard cuts on his torn left groin. Coach Michael Curry said the team would
be lucky if Hamilton played at all on this trip.
Hamilton had torn a groin muscle before and it kept him out six to eight
weeks. Now, from what I can gather, this current tear is much smaller and on
a smaller groin muscle (did you know there are five muscles in the groin?
Me either) than the one he ripped in Washington. Still, Rip is going to take
every precaution. He would rather be out three or four weeks than six to
eight. As long as the team is winning, he feels like he can take extra time
to make sure it heals completely.
Rip 雖然已有參加球隊練習,不過只有簡單的跑動跟投籃,還不能太劇烈運動!!!!
不過看到那句"He would rather be out three or four weeks than six to eight."
還真有夠嚇人的 = =++
看來Rip的傷快好了,不過還不會這麼快上場.....
可能還要再等一陣子~"~
