Jason Terry, who was expected to miss three to six weeks with his broken
hand, was told on Wednesday that he will miss a full six weeks, meaning he
won't return until late March.

"Six weeks," Terry said. "That's the first time they've given me a
timetable." An early return seems highly unlikely now and owners have to
make a decision on whether or not to hold him for just a couple weeks of use
at the end of the season. Our recommendation would be to cut him loose and
move on, unless there is nothing available on your waiver wire.
