Gooden will start at center for Dallas this season,
DallasBasketball.com reports.
Head Coach Rick Carlisle revealed that Dallas will use Gooden at center over
incumbent starter Erick Dampier. “Our plan is to start Gooden at center on
most nights,’’ Carlisle said in a recent radio interview. Gooden has the
potential to be a midround steal as he joins a very dangerous starting five
in Dallas.
