Shaquille O'Neal (shoulder) won't play against the Pistons on Wednesday.
The good news is that Shaq is improving and has been cleared to play
by doctors, but coach Mike Brown wants to take a cautious approach.
Look for Zydrunas Ilgauskas to get another start, with Shaq having a
good chance to return to action against the Bobcats on Friday.
