1.Brandon Roy (shoulder) probable for Wed.
Brandon Roy injured his left shoulder late in the fourth quarter on
Tuesday, but said he would probably be able to play Wednesday vs. the Spurs.
Hopefully the team trainers agree with his diagnosis, and we should hear a
status update after Portland's shootaround. The last thing they need is to
lose another player to injury, let alone the resident All-Star. Dec. 23 -

2.Joel Przybilla ruptures, dislocates patella
Blazers center Joel Przybilla suffered a ruptured patella tendon and a
dislocated patella during Tuesday's game.
We're guessing this will end Przybilla's season, and it leaves Portland
without any obvious alternatives to start at center. By default the bulk of
minutes will go to Juwan Howard and Anthony Tolliver, though a free agent
signing (or a trade) could be on the horizon. Dec. 22 - 10:33 pm et
