Kevin Love suffered a knee-on-knee injury with Corey Maggette Wednesday and
had to be helped to the locker room with a left knee injury. Remarkably, he
returned very late to finish the game (and was then poked in the eye), but
was still clearly in pain. It's probably nothing more than a bruise, but it
is likely of the deep variety and we're guessing he's listed as day-to-day.
He finished with 23 points, 16 boards and six assists in the loss, and proved
just how tough he truly is.
