[傷兵] Gallinari out 7-10 days with fractured toe

Danilo Gallinari, who missed Monday's game, will miss 7-10 days with a
fractured big toe.

Talk about a buzz-kill after Gallo had assumed the role of No. 1 scorer for
the Nuggets. While he's out look for Wilson Chandler, Arron Afflalo, and J.R.
Smith to all get a bump in value, and while Smith is a dark horse candidate
to become the go-to scorer because of his comfort level with the role and his
playmaking ability, the trio should be owned in the order they are listed.
