Blatche, Lewis, and Martin all out for Wiz
Andray Blatche (shoulder), Rashard Lewis (knee) and Cartier Martin (knee)
are all listed as out for the Wizards on Monday.
There doesn't appear to be a timetable for the return of these three.
Expect Trevor Booker to start in the place of Blatche and Maurice Evans to
get extra play while Lewis is out.
