rank7 and rank8無勝差, 但勝率應該是有差的
93-75 -> 0.5535714
92-74 -> 0.5542168

但92-74那位反而是rank8?
勝率應該是0.554, 但yahoo算0.553
是yahoo的勝率算法不是92/(92+74) ?

查了rules如下:

If at the end of the season, two or more players in a Head-to-Head League
finish tied in the standings, the following system is used to break the tie:

Overall winning percentage.
Highest winning percentage in Week 21.
Highest winning percentage in Week 20.
Highest winning percentage in Week 19.
Highest winning percentage in Week 18.
Highest winning percentage in Week 17.
Highest winning percentage in Week 16.
Highest winning percentage in Week 15.
Highest winning percentage in Week 14.
Highest winning percentage in Week 13.
Highest winning percentage in Week 12.

→ weian:簡單講就是和局算贏一半輸一半，拿excel試試看就知道了。

→ weian:( 常見勝率算法還有 W/[W+L] ；W/[W+L+T] )
→ weian:yahoo算法可以說是比較中庸的算法了。
推 vagniphor:Y!的算法是(W+0.5T) / (W+L+T)吧
