Chuck Hayes (shoulder) told beat writer James Ham that he would miss
2-3 weeks after Thursday's win over the Bucks.
Hayes will likely return to a significant role when he returns, and neither
J.J. Hickson nor Jason Thompson is favored to "Pipp" him, though it's not out
of the question. If you need a big man and cannot replace Hayes on the wire,
you can look at keeping him, but otherwise holding him at the expense of
a sure-fire free agent doesn't make sense. Hayes is a decent bet to hold
value down the road, however.
