Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo! Sports reports that the Washington Wizards have
fired head coach Flip Saunders.

Saunders was thought to be in a bath full of hot water with the team clearly
not listening to what he was preaching, and a 2-15 start to the year sealed
his fate with the club. There is no immediate word on who will take over as
head coach, but the Wizards have fatal flaws on both ends of the court right
now and the next coach will have a lot of work to do.
