Williams (thumb) was doing full-court lay-up drills during Thursday's
practice, though he's still far from returning, the Deseret News reports.
Recommendation: Williams will likely still be forced to undergo a lengthy
rehab process after he is re-evaluated in the next couple weeks.
As of right now, he is looking to return after the All-Star break and could
see the floor some time in March if everything holds up.
