Kevin Love (hand) admitted on Friday that he may not return this season.
"I'd say that has crossed my mind, but as far as making a decision,
I haven't made that decision yet," said Love, when asked about possibly
shutting it down. He is traveling with the team and will have his hand
re-examined in 2-3 weeks, at which point he could be cleared for contact.
His goal is to play in the final 8-12 games of the season, leaving fantasy
owners to weigh the risk of him never returning against the possibility of
a return for the final weeks of a lost season. The only good news is that
he expects to be playing "fairly quickly" after he's cleared for contact.
